Otaxi, in collaboration with Ooredoo, has launched the “Intilaqa” program specifically designed for female taxi drivers at Otaxi. The program is created by women for women, aiming to enhance their potential by developing their self-awareness and abilities. The “Intilaqa” program aims to build participants’ confidence, help them set their goals, and communicate effectively, thereby contributing to a balance between work and home life, and enhancing their performance as drivers at Otaxi team.
The “Intilaqa” program not only contributes to the development of participants’ skills but also supports Otaxi’s vision of empowering women and providing a flexible and motivating work environment. Through this program, Otaxi aims to equip female drivers with essential skills to work in an efficient way, which positively impacts the quality of Otaxi’s service.
